West Bromwich indoor market was a market I was eager to visit for Where’s My Market? as anybody who told me about it has always said it was a good market, and with many visits of struggling markets, I was happy to be visiting a market I had heard only good things about, and I was not let down.
The market was not as big as I was expecting a good market to be, but it was just enough. It was professional, the market stall holders in this market were real entrepreneurs, who were able to compete, and still be good enough to be relevant amongst the many high branded shops surrounding the market.
You can tell this is a hub of real business people; it is a real market where fruit and veg stalls, game stalls, clothing stalls, printing stalls, mobility stalls, key cutter stalls, stalls of all kinds exist. It was hard for me to put in to words, but I do feel like the market traders make this market.
The market was clean and not to far from the multi-storey car park, and the area itself leaves you with many other things to do before or after your visit to the market. In my opinion, this is a good market compared to many, and has something really special about it, plus the outdoor street market is just outside.
Meet some off the traders from West Bromwich market here:
